This is me

Hi, I’m Liberty, an instructional designer who loves turning complexity into clarity.

 

Like many graduates, I finished my undergraduate studies wondering how my degree would translate into real-world impact. That question followed me into the corporate workforce, where the answer became clear. I saw organizations pour energy into revenue goals while overlooking the systems that actually sustain growth: clear processes, effective training, and people who understand how their work connects to the bigger picture.

 

That insight shaped my career.

 

Today, I’m a graduate student in Instructional Technology & Learning Sciences and an instructional designer focused on creating effective learning experiences. I design scalable training, streamlined SOPs, and learner-centered systems that help teams perform with confidence, not confusion. My work bridges business goals and human needs, using evidence-based learning design to improve efficiency, retention, and engagement across organizations.

I believe great training isn’t just informative, it’s strategic. When learning is clear, accessible, and intentional, companies don’t just perform better; they become places where people actually want to stay and grow.

2025-

Instructional Designer

  • Led end-to-end instructional design for a multi-week global training program, translating learning needs into structured curricula, clear learning objectives, and interactive eLearning modules delivered across multiple regions.

  • Built learner-centered experiences in Canvas LMS and Articulate Rise 360, incorporating adult learning principles, microlearning, and formative assessments to improve comprehension, confidence, and engagement.

  • Created multimedia learning assets—including instructional videos and digital job aids, using tools such as Canva, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, and CapCut to support consistent delivery and accessibility.

  • Partnered closely with stakeholders and SMEs to clarify performance expectations, streamline processes, and convert complex information into clear, scalable training solutions.

  • Trained and taught software classes to college students ages 18-70 of various skill backgrounds
